Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices listed on our website are per person and include the guided hike experience.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the hike start time receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the hike are non-refundable.
• If Ironfoot Hikes cancels a hike due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No-shows are non-refundable. Please arrive at the meeting point on time.

Participant Responsibilities

• You must accurately represent your fitness level when booking. Difficulty ratings exist for your safety.
• You are responsible for bringing appropriate gear, clothing, and sufficient water as outlined in our safety guidelines.
• You must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect your ability to complete the hike.
• You must follow the guide's instructions at all times during the hike.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Liability

Hiking involves inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, and physical exertion. By booking a hike with Ironfoot Hikes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Ironfoot Hikes takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety. However, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our hikes, except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes hiking activities.

Changes to Itinerary

Ironfoot Hikes reserves the right to modify or alter any hike route if conditions require it. This includes but is not limited to weather changes, trail closures, or safety concerns. Alternative routes of similar quality will be offered where possible. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
